Die maritime Einrichtung stellt einen originellen Kontrast zu hessischen Umgebung dar. Der Besitzer wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist täglich ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Kleiner Nachteil für alle, die telefonisch erreichbar sein wollen: Vodafone und Eplus haben nur mit 5 Minuten Spaziergang Verbindung.
