After a long day in the mountains, you can relax in the private sauna, accessible from outside. And with the typical Austrian décor, the holiday atmosphere is always right at home! On the second floor are bedrooms with bedsteads. Please note: Resort Alpenwelt facilities (including wellness) are at an additional charge Enjoy together the cosiness of the village with its various shops and restaurants and that of nearby Gerlos. Königsleiten is located at a snow-sure altitude of 1,600 metres, on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol. Die Zimmer und Betten sind in Ordnung. Küche hat das nötigste. Im oberen Bad war leider recht viel Schimmel in der Dusche. Den Hochstuhl haben wir zufällig gefunden, ein Beistellbett gab es nicht. Die Bergbahn ist zu Fuß in 2 min zu errechen. Bei 17 Personen allerdings fragwürdig eng... Das schöne Schlafzimmer mit Fenster im Parterre war abgeschlossen und sollte von uns nicht genutzt werden, da wir nur 10 Personen waren. Zwei der für uns vorbereiteten Bettnischen in der 2\. Etage waren aber für großgewachsene und urlaubsreife Erwachsene grauselig: starke Dachschrägen, so dass ins Bett hineingerobbt werden musste, kein Fenster zum Lüften und kein Tageslicht; wir mussten zur Luftzufuhr nachts die Türen auflassen. Da aber im Flur ein Bewegungsmelder für die Flurbeleuchtung installiert war, wurde man bei Toilettengängen der anderen immerzu beim Schlafen durch das helle Licht im Flur gestört. 2\. Die Tür im Parterre war bei unserer Ankunft offen, so dass wir ohne Schlüssel hineinkamen. Der Beschlag war verbogen; den haben wir selber wieder hinbekommen, sodass wir uns dann doch sicher fühlen konnten. 3\. Das linke Küchenfenster ließ sich gar nicht öffnen. Es war zudem ein fast blindes Fenster, was nicht schön aussah. 4\. Die Terrassentür in der 1\. Etage ließ sich nur mit großer Gewalt und einem lauten Knallen öffnen und schließen. 5\. Die Türklinke der Tür zum Esszimmer in der 1\. Etage war sehr locker und fällt sicher bald ab. 6\. Die Steckdose hinter dem Ofen im Esszimmer in der 1\. Etage hing gefährlich aus der Wand heraus. 7\. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche ließ sich nicht bedienen. Die Bedienknöpfe an der Unterseite waren versenkt/beschädigt. 8\. Die kleine und sehr einfache Kaffeemaschine war für so viele Gäste ein schlechter Witz. 9\. Zwei Liegestühle für 10 Leute auf der Terrasse im Parterre waren ebenfalls viel zu wenig. 10\. Der Bedienknopf für die Sauna fiel beim Anschalten herunter. 11\. Der Spiegel des Flurschrankes hatte einen großen Riss. 12\. Die Einrichtung der Badezimmer war sehr einfach und veraltet. 13\. Der schwarze Teppich im ganzen Haus hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen und wirkt nicht "vertrauenserweckend". 14\. Das große Sofa vor dem Fernseher in der 2\. Etage war das unbequemste Sofa auf dem ich je gesessen habe. 15\. Das Außengelände war für ältere Menschen (unsere Älteste war 83 Jahre alt) kaum zu bewältigen. (Es müsste in der Hausbeschreibung deutlich stehen, dass der Weg vom Carport zum Haus über einen nicht gut gangbaren Weg/Treppe zu bewältigen ist). 12\. Der Baustellenlärm von der Baustelle neben der Seilbahn weckte uns um 7.00 Uhr. 13\. In Ihrer Hausbeschreibung steht: "Das Chalet gehört zum Luxus-Wellness-Resort Alpenwelt, wo Sie ein schönes Wellness-Hallenbad, Massagen, Heubetten und einen Ruheraum mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Bergwelt nutzen können. Sie können auch Ihr Frühstück und Abendessen vor Ort buchen. Sind Sie mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs? Dann können Sie auch den Kinderclub gegen eine Gebühr nutzen." --> das klingt doch für den Leser so, als ob man als Hausgast des Chalets auch das Hallenbad etc. nutzen könnte. Nichts steht da von zusätzlichen Kosten. Nur Frühstück, Abendbrot und der Kinderclub müssen Ihrem Hausbeschreibungstext nach zusätzlich gebucht werden. Eine Nutzung der Annehmlichkeiten im Alpenweltresort war aber nicht vorgesehen.
