Located in Wald, the holiday apartment Wohnung Ländliche Lage mit Springbr with step-free access has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and covered terrace.  
  
You are in good hands with us, we will send you the arrival and check-in/check-out details in great detail and easy to understand with photos for your journey before you arrive.   
  
As soon as you arrive, you can check in independently and we will be on hand if you need help.  
  
Our accommodation is also more than suitable for company parties or stag/hen parties.  
  
If you're on holiday with several families, you've come to the right place.  
  
A large knight's castle playground directly on the premises and a village playground 100 metres away (with volleyball, football, seesaw, play tower, etc.) can both be seen from the flat.  
  
A large trampoline can also be used.  
  
Our children have a large bouncy castle, which they like to set up when the weather is nice and are happy to meet new playmates.  
  
You can also book several flats together and combine them if you need more bathrooms, kitchens or sleeping areas.  
  
Hikers and cyclists will find perfectly designed hiking trails and cycling routes in the area. Public transport links are located within walking distance of the apartment.  
  
A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Families with children are welcome.  
  
Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
Guests are expected to follow the check-in and check-out instructions, observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise outside after 10 pm), and leave the property in a broom-clean condition upon departure.  
  
Towels and bedlinen can be provided upon request.  
  
There is a possibility to pick guests up in Rossbach or bring them to the bus stop upon request.
