We also found the rooms not up to the 9.2 rating the motel had previously received. We were left disappointed. The staff member at check in made a rude comment about the changes we had asked for. While we appreciate the changes were made, if it was such a hardship we could have gone elsewhere. There was no reason to be so rude. We found that the photos made the motel seem a lot nicer and spacious then it is. We were also told that we would be charged an additional 18% for using expedia. It was very confusing.
