Screen door to lanai wouldn't open or close properly. Tv reception was poor. Showers were old fashion. Cleanliness was poor in places. Toilets were not clean. sand in many places inside. Elevator was very old and slow. Outside of building was good. Pool was small but good. No beach at all in front of building a do not enter sign with fencing kept all away. Sandy beach and public beach nearby. Never could see property manager on site and office always closed and locked. Reports of cars broken into and gas stolen.parking spots were very narrow. A perfect stay because it was in Mauii but an overpriced stay because of the negatives. ##### Mike R.
