"We have been coming to Hali’i Kai for years and this year we were lucky to stay in this wonderful unit. Great floor plan, easy walk to pool with pool bar and fitness center, also a very clean and nicely furnished unit. We plan to book here again!"

"I wish the music starts from 5 and ends at 7, this is because a lot of tourists go out in the morning and won’t come back until evening. We never had a chance to listen to the music. I also wish the bistro opens until 7;30. 6pm is too early. We were not able to get food unless we drive out. "

"Stayed at the Outrigger on a girls trip to Hawaii and it was the perfect accommodation for us! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for 5 of us. The location was so convenient- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, beach and shopping. Also an easy drive to other beaches and sight seeing. "

"The hotel was really big and service was great. The Food wasn’t good and everything is really expensive. The property is clean and the live music at the bar is enjoyable. The adults pool is really small and has no activities, it’s quiet there. "

"We stayed here back in 2015 without kids. This time we stayed for 5 nights with our 4 children. Staff were really nice and helpful. Amenities were great. I was very happy to know that they will be renovating the rooms this year. We can’t wait to come back! "

"The property itself has only one entrance. We stayed at the Ocean Tower which is about an 8-10 minute walk. However they do offer a free tram service to take you to other locations, as well as a boat. The views make this place! It’s by the ocean front, and they do have a rocky beach. There are three pools, two child-friendly pools, and one adult pool. And they’re very clean! They also have a sealed-off part of the ocean where you can paddle board, kayak, snorkel, or just swim! The water is very clean, and it’s filled with beautiful fish that you can just watch all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have any negative interactions with any members of their team. We didn’t eat on property, but we would walk every day to the King or Queen’s shops, which are located about 35 minutes away, walking distance. There is a good variety of things to eat there, as well as a market for convenient shopping! To the left of the property is the Waikoloa Beach, which offers plenty of room for tourism and some a turtle preserve. Although it was a bit pricy, we did think it was worth the stay! It was beautiful!"

"This place has everything you need. It's very spacious and clean. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee while our daughter ran around on the grass. My husband kept saying how it felt so much like a home and not just some random condo we rented. The pool is awesome and we swam in it every day. The beds are comfortable. We did not cook but the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to. It's within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach. It's a great place and we would stay again! "
