Come make memories at Waikoloa Fairway Terrace. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom has all you need for your Hawaii vacation. Enjoy the newly updated living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, BBQ, and fitness center for guests' use.

Enjoy the open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a smart television in the living area and a small lanai to enjoy the fresh Hawaii air and the sound of the birds. There is a dining area off the kitchen and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs.

The guest bedroom has two new twin beds and a closet to unpack. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway with a bathtub and shower combination. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart television, and a private bathroom. Soak away the sun in the bathtub or rinse off the salt in the tiled shower.

The Waikoloa Fairway Terrace is located near the Waikoloa Village. There is a fitness center, hot tub, and large pool for guests to use. Enjoy the local restaurants, golf course close by, and much more.

Big Island delight
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and kitchen appliances. Only thing we missed was a bbq (was not able to find one in the condo complex if there was one). The air conditioning was nice to have in the bedroom and living room but not really needed since opening up the windows in the morning and evening quickly cooled it down. We had a perfect view of the golf hole and enjoyed watching the golfers and the wild turkeys that wandered on the course. I would highly recommend staying here.

とにかく、清潔で気持ちの良いレジデンスでした。到着時オフィスがお休みでしたが、事前のメールで、スムーズに部屋へ入ることができました。生活に必要なものは全てと言っていいほど揃っていました。ゴルフ場の中にあり、グリーンが美しく、朝は鳥の声で目覚めるような毎日でした。車で少し行けば、キングスやクイーンズのショッピングセンターもあり、KTAスーパーは歩いても行けそうな場所にあり、便利です。簡単な掃除用具があったらさらによかったと思いました。機会があればまた利用したい施設です。

Serenity and birdsongs on the Big Island
A very clean and comfortable home for myself and two kids to enjoy our first Hawaiian vacation. Convenient to resorts, beaches, and all the opportunities the Big Island offers. The condo has a lovely, quiet location on the golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers make their putts on the green in the morning from the lanai as we had breakfast while surrounded by the sound of songbirds. Lovely brightly colored birds live in the nearby trees. Just a short 3 minute drive to the local KTA grocery store which turned out to have the best prices on shell necklaces and earrings/bracelets for souvenirs, as well as everything we wanted. We really enjoyed the A/C to sleep cool and the beds were very comfortable too. One A/C floor unit was in the living/dining room and one in the master suite. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots/pans necessary for enjoying a meal at home. The condo supplied laundry detergent pods, dishwasher detergent pods, dishwashing liquid and a sponge, Tommy Bahama Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion bathroom kits in both bathrooms, as well as garbage bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt & pepper.There was even a small coffee pack of Kona coffee to welcome us. Also, a cooler, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, some beach toys, beach towels all provided for our use. Really well-fitted out for hassle free living to begin immediately upon arrival. Very glad we rented this lovely condo to use as our home for the 10 days of our trip!

Nice unit in Waikoloa Village - Just Minutes from the Coast
This nice unit located in Waikoloa Village is just minutes from the coast and makes for a great place to stay, especially if you are not interested in staying in a touristy resort location, and don't mind NOT being right on the beach. The unit was clean, well-maintained and came well-equipped, in terms of kitchen amenities, beach towels, additional beach toys/chairs/cooler, etc.

Great stay just getting there you need to be clear.
The property is amazing, great to stay, safe neighborhood, great access to places in Big Island. The only thing is in order to get to building J you need to enter from another gate, after the one that google map tells you to get in. Just make sure of this. Or else 1) the gate code does not work 2) you some how entered the wrong complex counting from A to H and be confused that J does not exist. lol. Overall the house were great place, the owner response very fast so we are glad we stayed here.

Good condo- a few things to note
Overall we had a great stay. Condo is stocked well! It would have been nice (maybe I missed it) to have a list sent out prior to our arrival of what the condo was stocked with. Was a nice touch to have some toiletries already there. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot, etc. Also had 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. I do wish there had been an additional 4 of beach towels. Hard to keep them clean and dry before needing them again. When booking, I missed the fact that the whole unit does NOT have air conditioning. Was a little bit of a shocker on that first night as I am one who likes to sleep with it very cold!! The master room did have a window air condition unit and there were lots of fans, both ceiling fans and stand fans. Took some getting used to but we managed. All in all a great stay.

Good time
It was a good location and nice condo. The only thing I would say that might have made it better, if there was a broom and dust pan for people staying longer then a few days. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great unassuming gem!
Was pleasantly surprised by this update but old "church" with tons of original character, large open 1st floor living area and super convenient location close to the mountain. 8 of us stayed, and there was plenty of room to spare. The host is very accommodable and always just a text away for any needs. You won't be disappointed.
