From the very beginning, Ryan and Mel were incredibly responsive and provided plenty of helpful information, including great recommendations for local attractions and food options around the island. The property is located inside a gated community, which felt safe and quiet.The community manager was wonderful - welcoming, attentive, and happy to give us a quick tour of the amenities. The pool area was a highlight: the swimming pool was warm and spotless, and the jacuzzi was perfectly hot and very clean. Parking was also easy, with one assigned spot and several open spaces conveniently located near the condo.The condo itself was excellent, well stocked with everything we needed for several days, making the stay very comfortable. It was clean, nicely renovated, and equipped with new appliances. The water pressure was strong, and the hot water temperature stayed stable. The indoor temperatures was comfortable in November.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily return! ##### Oleksandr T. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. The space is a bit further from a lot say Kona and the beaches but for the price and if you have a car it is definitely a nice change of pace. Also note that almost everything is a good drive on the Big Island. In the village of Waikoloa (up the mountain a few miles from the beach) which had a great view, wildlife, great breeze. Leading to my next point of no AC. If you need AC I do not recommend, however many houses/apartments do not have it as it’s super breezy at night, I should have remembered this from when I lived here and even then I didn’t have it. However, having your own space to cook is great because everything is wildly expensive in HI. The spot was great for us as we wanted to go to the beach etc and it came with chairs, cooler, towels! If you don’t want a hotel experience I suggest this! :)! ##### Kiersten G.
