While the walkway will remain accessible when under construction, there will be considerations for all second-floor units at different times during the project. Rooms on other floors should also expect to hear construction noise. Work will be done Monday - Friday between 8:00AM – 4:00PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. This 1 bedroom, ground floor vacation home is located on the corner of the Tamarind Tower and the tiled lanai overlooks a resort water feature. This spacious Big Island vacation suite offers lots of natural sunlight for the ultimate Hawaiian holiday. Located on the west coast of Hawaii Island (The Big Island) known for its many golf resorts, Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium resort community nestled between two Waikoloa golf courses. The kitchen features granite countertops and full-size appliances-everything you would need to create the perfect meal. The master bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed. Remodeled bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with bench and double vanity sinks and gorgeous cabinetry. Pack as little or as much as you please as this vacation home features a washer and dryer for your added convenience. Keep cool during those warm summer days with the ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and central AC. New carpeting as of July 2021 and new Microwave/oven combo Aug 2021.
