Upgraded with modern tile floors throughout. The large primary Suite has a comfortable King size bed with other modern amenities, including a double shower, double vessel sink style vanity, and private toilet area. The Guest Suite has 2 comfortable extra long twin size bed that can be converted into a King size bed upon request & for a fee. The Guest Suite has view of the lagoon garden with its own access to the outdoor backyard lanai area. Guest bathroom is equipped with a modern style shower and large vanity. Large backyard lanai with beautiful view of the lagoon garden provides ample privacy and comfort for outdoor dining.

The Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort, an upscale condominium complex only 20 minutes north of the airport. The Shores provides a resort experience with a short walk to one of the Big Island's best white sands beaches with a good surf break, restaurants, and shopping. The Shores is a beautifully landscaped property with five Koi ponds, common area BBQ's, an elevator, numbered parking, well-maintained swimming pool, jetted spa, two tennis courts, and an air-conditioned exercise room.

Located in Waikoloa Beach Resort, offering a wealth of activities. Anaehoomalu Bay: white-sand beach, historic Hawaiian fish ponds and hiking trails. Ideal for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayak and outrigger canoe, scuba diving and surfing. Rent beach toys, ride a glass bottom boar or paddle an outrigger canoe or book a catamaran cruise. Shopping, grocery, drug store and restaurants available at the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace. Two golf courses, Dolphin Quest at the Hilton and many activities for families.

Beautiful property in ideal location
We've stayed in this area twice and love it. This property is spacious, has all amenities, and is well maintained. We loved the ground floor access to the back yard overlooking the pool. Just steps from the pool, hot tub, gym, and grilling area. Easy 20 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We'd absolutely stay here again. One tip for the manager would be to consider blinds in the bathrooms. You can see into the full shower/bathroom from 2nd floor walkway. Plenty of beach accessories, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Love this property!

Well appointed condo
This condo was equipped with everything needed for my husband and myself. We mostly ate out, but e joyed morning coffee on the lanai that was peaceful overlooking ponds and the pool. We also liked there was a gym available. Close proximity to stores and shops.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. We’ve stayed at other condos in Waikoloa and this one had the best floor plan for separating adults and kids. Was actually bigger than expected. Only complaint (and I don’t know if this is the building itself or the neighbors), is that I’m convinced that the Hawaii Alpine Ski team was upstairs breaking in their new ski boots. Either that, or someone was upstairs playing fetch with a baby elephant. Every morning at 4:30 we heard loud steps going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth…… across the condo upstairs. This actually caused the bedroom door to rattle with each lap. Could be old joists, or could be inconsiderate people… didn’t ruin my trip in any way.

The condo was clean and great for a family with little kids. Lots of beach toys, a couple beach chairs/umbrellas, and a few snorkels with fins. The pool was fantastic and easy to access. No issues and lots of communication from the rental company made the stay easy!

Awesome condo!
This was a very nice, upgraded condo. The condo was very spacious, and it was decorated so nicely that it gave me some inspiration for a few upgrades that I want to do to my house. The location was very peaceful and it was convenient to lava lava, a bay, and other beaches nearby. We also checked out the Kings and Queens shops close by, which have a few really good dining options. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The property management was very professional, and they even called me to let us know we could check in early if we wanted. We hope to stay here again in the future!
