The lanai/balcony was very spacious and positioned to allow us to eat all our meals outside, covered for protection from direct sun. There was a selection of beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, thermos water jug, a bit of snorkel gear and a boogie board. These additional items were very much appreciated and used. The unit is very spacious and comfortable for two. It is within easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. It is also close to the Hilton Waikoloa Village where my partner attended a conference. My husband and I loved the condominium. It was in a great location. It was equipped with everything we needed plus extras.
