Located in the Colony Villas community along the 10th fairway of the Kaikoloa Beach Golf Course, this resort property has it all. Two pools, one adult and one kid’s, a hot tub, a waterfall feature, and views of Mauna Kea and the lava fields can all be found on site. Enjoy an afternoon outdoor BBQ or work up a sweat on the tennis courts or in the fitness center. You can’t beat the magnificent Hawaiian golf views, and guests are able to secure priority tee-times at the King's Course or Beach Course when you stay here. Popular dining choices are close nearby, as are luxury and casual shopping destinations, and, of course, the beach! Anaeho’omalu Bay is less than 2 miles away, or head for a day trip north to Hapuna Beach State Park, just a 15-minute drive. Beach towels, an umbrella, two chairs, tennis racquets, and a cooler are all provided to you during your stay, so you can truly just pick up and go!



This Hawaiian music and beach-themed retreat will make any music enthusiast fall in love, and you may even discover a new talent when you test your skills on the professional digital piano, hand drum, or the wooden ukulele. Sink into the extra-long corner sofa in the generous living area, where vaulted ceilings and abundant windows create a grand open space filled with natural light. You’ll find a smart TV here ready to stream all your favorite shows when you need to rest your tired feet from days filled with exploration. On your way to the dining area, you’ll pass a shaded outdoor patio furnished with table and chairs for 6 where you can take your meals al fresco or spend an evening filled with cocktails and casual conversation. The formal dining space indoors can accommodate 6, with countertop stools for overflow seating or quick bites steps away. The kitchen has been recently remodeled to include gorgeous stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy cooking meals together here or preparing takeout from one of the delicious local restaurants.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Plus 2 small single ottoman beds.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 1 queen size bed and 2 ottomans that each convert to a single bed, along with a smart TV.



Living Room includes a sofa bed.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!

• One dedicated parking stall labeled 2202, with additional parking available in any unmarked stall on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.



When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
