We loved the location! It was close proximity to the pool for our grandchildren. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. It was a delight to watch the sunset every evening. It was very convenient to be on the first floor, as well. There were a few disappointments. First of all, only half of the grill was functioning. This made it a challenge, since we planned on grilling several meals. My husband had to go to the pool area to grill. The furniture, towels and kitchen supplies all felt weathered, over used and dingy. On the day we were to depart, the exterior lock code to the front door stopped working before our check out time of 10am. (We departed for airport at 9:30am. We almost got locked out when packing up the rental car.) With all that being said, the view and location made it worth it. So, overall we enjoyed our stay. ##### Tracey L. Couple downsides were hearing upstairs neighbor, every footstep and chair. Restaurant at clubhouse was not very good and pool is nice and great for kids, 3ft deep, but they highly discourage kids from playing like kids. This is a very comfortable and well appointed condo. We did have only one little issue which kept coming and going so it never seemed necessary to have someone come look but the hot water in the master shower had a mind of its own. The property manager was very responsive and I know would have had it taken care of early on but it was so sketchy that typically I was the only one who never got the hot water. It would be coming out of the sink in the master but never out of the shower for me. The clubhouse and pool with the restaurant right there is such a great convenience to have in a condominium setting. And everyone at the pool and restaurant was very nice. Only suggestion for that area would be that they get some umbrellas to provide shade in the pool area. A suggestion would also be to get a fan on the patio of the condominium unit. The kitchen was well equipped; the lanai provided a wonderful space for morning coffee; the club house restaurant was surprisingly good; our teens enjoyed spending time at the pool reading; and morning walks along the coast were beautiful. If we could change one thing, it would be nice to have a beach within walking distance but that is minor. This was a wonderful place to stay! ##### Anne B. Very quiet and great to relax. It has everything you need to rest. Great kitchen, the outdoor grill could be better, great bedrooms and one minute away from a trail that borders the ocean. We had many adventures, swimming with dolphins, turtles, snorkeling, visiting volcanos, ziplining, sunset in Mauna Kea, days at the beach, a lot of memories to share with the kids for a lifetime. ##### oscar m. Stayed here with my family of 5 and loved staying on the property. It was just steps away from the ocean and the pool. The pool is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and had great food too! There is a rocky hiking trail right along the coast that is a little more than a mile hike to a beach. Sitting on the lanai each morning was perfect. Loved the fact that this was a ground floor unit. The house is exactly as described and Victoria was great to work with. ##### Al P. Best vacation! This unit is quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the pool and delicious on site restaurant and bar. The pool has a lot of rules, no ball throwing or play, which was annoying for teens and tweens. We bought day passes at the resorts near by. This location is an easy drive to all the resorts and Hapuna beach. Going to miss the warm breeze... ##### Becky E. We spent one day at the Hilton pools - bought pool passes and others at the local beaches. Spent afternoons and mornings at the condo pool or walking down to the queens shops for breakfast and coffee. Great restaurant on site though - good food and service. The condo was well kept and true to the pictures. Victoria was very responsive and helpful for our trip. ##### Jana G.
