My brother is building a house less than a mile from the property, which was so convenient! The place was so comfortable, clean, well stocked, and perfect for my sister and me. We reported the lack of WIFI and were told to look again! Finally once I was angry the agent relented to give us the code in a text. As for the pool facilities we did not bother calling. This ground floor unit is great for small children, they would run around the golf course during sunset and loved watching for the wild turkeys and goats. The location means you have to drive a lot (beaches, ice cream etc) but it is certainly a beautiful spot. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated having sand toys and chairs so we didn’t need to buy these items when we arrived. Only complaint is that there was no pack and play, and the cost to rent was quite high (I could have bought a new one for the cost of 9 days). ##### nicole c. A very quiet condo, with wonderful views from the lani of evening sunsets. Condo was very clean, with an updated kitchen which was very well stocked. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. There was a constant gentle breeze that kept the condo from being to hot, along with the ceiling fans in each room. Well maintained and fairly clean. Bdrm windows needed cleaning to see out. Couldn't figure how to use the TV; mgr had to come in and show us. Other than that, well equipped and comfortable. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What I liked best was the view and roomy lanai. Great sunsets. Also, it was a nice open floor plan. Good location to visit Waikoloa Beach Resort and Several nice sandy beaches.I did miss not having an air conditioner.It had been updated some, New living room chairs would be an improvement.Overall, it was a nice condo in a good area of Waikoloa with 2 pools in site.
