The fire pit and outdoor barbecue are nice touches as well. The manual of instructions for appliances plus suggested paces to eat, things to do etc is most welcome. The only comment I would make is that upon entering the first impression of the house is given by the first bedroom on the right which has a rather noticable crack in the wall. Although this is not indicative of the rest of the house at all it is probably not the best first impression for the owner of this property to deliver to a guest. I would respectfully suggest that it should be rectified - even cosmetically - to eliminate this impression.
