"The Shoreline" Container Tiny Home 12 min to Magnolia/Baylor

The "Mainsail" is a tiny container home handcrafted by CargoHome™. With 1 bedroom and a bean-bag convertible mattress in the living area, it sleeps up to 4 people. Features a super-comfy Tuft & Needle™ queen size mattress. The upstairs rooftop deck lights up beautifully at night and is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. Full-size, custom tiled shower and spacious bathroom completes this beautiful home. A short 12 minutes to Magnolia and Baylor.

The Space:
This unique home started as a 40' shipping container. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split A/C unit make this a comfortable, energy efficient place.

The Neighborhood:
Great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco. 5 minutes from I-35 and 3 minutes from Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. Only 8 minute from the Waco airport.

Getting Around:
You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Interaction with Guests:
We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in.
