We had a great time at this property! The house was clean and there was enough space for everybody. The kids enjoyed the room with the two trundle beds. The property is located minutes from the Silos. It made it very easy to get to the things we wanted to see. There is also a lot of shopping and food nearby. The neighborhood seems slightly up-and-coming, but the house itself felt safe and we had a great time in the yard. The pool was a great touch. We would definitely stay again if we came back! My mom, sisters, nieces and I stayed here for my mother's birthday trip and we loved it so much. There was plenty room for all of us and we had the best time in the backyard area! It was convenient for all the shopping and eating that we wanted to do. The area was a tiny bit sketchy, but we just made sure to lock the doors and we felt plenty safe! This is a darling cottage, and it is clear that the owners have taken great pride in offering this home as a rental. The decor is lovely! The owners have a lovely tray of treats out on the kitchen island, and have free keurig coffee for the stay. We loved the back yard, which includes a super cool “Cowboy Pool”, 2 hanging chairs and a fire pit. A perfect place to recap the days’ events and plan for the next day’s adventures. The location is superb - just a few blocks from the Siilos and downtown, and an easy reach to other parts of the city. While we enjoyed the Magnolia locations, we also loved exploring some of the local spots including Fabled bookstore and coffeshop, The Findery for awesome interior decor and Pignetti’s for some great Italian food. Brittany and Michael were delightful hosts and had excellent communication skills. Thank you for your hospitality! ##### Jen W.
