Coffee, linens, gas grill and wi-fi provided. Location to grocery stores, shopping and everything downtown Waco has to offer is just minutes away.
The extra sleeping space in the living area is a futon and is best suited for children!

The huge, private, fully fenced backyard is your private sanctuary when the

Clean and well kept older home that was in neighborhood with many college houses. Appreciated all the little amenities on the property - was very thoughtful and helpful. Would not recommend this place for young children- college party on Saturday night was very loud. The hosts of the party did politely come over to warn us but still disturbed our sleep for many hours.

It was a last minute decision to go to Waco,but response time was great and making the reservation was a breeze.We had a little bit of trouble getting into the house but that was resolved quickly. Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. Also the floors on the house had so many soft spots/holes it was a little frightening walking around. But the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed.

We have stayed with many VRBO listings over the years and this place was the cleanest and most well stocked we have ever stayed (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). There were no issues with WiFi unlike a previous review. A/C worked great during our stay in which daytime highs reached over 100 degrees F. Nice spacious backyard for our dog (70 lbs) to run around and play. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to a family or individuals visiting Waco.
