The detached villa, built in 2020, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, on the outskirts of the town. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Garica, district Garica. The villa is located on a 450 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
