This villa for rent close to Volterra is located on the suggestive Tuscan hills. The location is perfect to easily get to the well-known villages and cities such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, the sandy beaches of the coastline. The villa is accessed via a panoramic unpaved road of 2.5km passing through the beautiful rolling hills. The friendly and welcoming owners are living nearby and always available for any issue. They run their own little farming estate producing cereals and olive oil. Renting this villa with private pool near Volterra allows the guests to enjoy: private gardens, private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests and offering amazing panoramic views (12m x 6m; minimum depth 1,20m; maximum depth: 1,40m), barbecue, 2 gazebo furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, swings for children, wi-fi internet connection (free of charge), washing machine in a dedicated laundry room. Wir waren hier für circa eine Woche mit einer weiteren Familie untergekommen und wollten einige Tage unsere Ruhe, was in dieser Unterkunft in jedem Fall möglich ist. Es ist sehr sauber der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat auf jegliche Kommunikation direkt reagiert. es ist eine wundervolle Aussicht drum herum und auch den Pool kann man super genießen, der jeden Tag am Morgen gereinigt wird. Der einzige Nachteil, den man aber in Kauf nimmt, ist die Entfernung zu einem weiteren Supermarkt oder generell zum nächsten vor Ort. Die zwei Wohnungen, die übereinander sind sind identisch. Dadurch können zwei Familien super an diesen Ort Urlaub machen. Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine ist außerhalb der Wohnung, so dass beide Familien immer Zugriff hatten. Die Klimaanlagen und die Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir waren sehr glücklich und erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. ##### Rihaam T. Séjour de 5 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Paul H. 14 oct. 2017 #### Isolated villa but with outstanding views and peace and quiet You have to travel down a gravel track for 2 1/2 km before you arrive at the villa, which is adjacent to a working farm. The villa was exceptionally clean although a bit old fashioned by our standards. However, the beds were comfortable although not all the beds were made up, and we couldn't get sheets for a couple of days. The villa is arranged on 2 floors, the top mirroring the ground floor, which has a living room/dining/kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Kitchen area is a bit small, but there is also a BBQ area and outside dining. Good size pool with plenty of loungers and deck chairs, all set nicely in lovely grounds, with good views. Enjoyed our stay here, and the isolation does give you solitude. The city of Volterra is about 10 km distant, so not too far for the supermarkets and shops. Would recommend a stay here. ##### Paul H. Der 2,6km lange Schotterweg hat uns zuerst erschrocken aber man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Man ist abgelegen und es war der perfekte Ort um unsere Kinder springen zu lassen und selbst abzuschalten. Der Pool hat unsere Erwartungen von der Größe her weit übertroffen. Die Besitzer sind eine wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Familie die alles tun das es einem gut geht. Dafür Danke. ##### Pellegrino R. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Frank T. 1 juill. 2017 #### Super Haus mit viel Grund und ein großes Swimmingpool Wir waren zu acht Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ( 5 Jahre und 5 Monate) und haben das Haus sehr genossen, besonders das Swimmingpool. Viel Platz zum Spielen. Ein schöner Urlaub zum entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Leider ist der Weg zum Haus eine ca. 2,6km Schotterstrasse. Die Autos sahen dementsprechend dreckig aus. Die Restaurants in der Gegend waren weit. Ca. 5 - 12 km entfernt. Die nächste grössere Stadt ist Volterra (12km) und San Gimignano (22km).
