Excellent etablissement
Hôtel au calme,piscine agréable..Très bon accueil.en bas du village, comptez 15 bonnes minutes pour grimper au village historique. Dîner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la vallée ..bon buffet du petit déjeuner. Personnel attentionné et serviable.

La vue de l'hôtel est absolument extraordinaire. La piscine magnifique. La chambre est propre mais c'est un hotel sans âme à l'image des chambres. Nous avons trois autres hotels**** en toscane ; il est de loin le plus faible. Mais j'insiste ; il est propre, le service est souriant, le petit-déjeûner correct. C'est donc plus une déception qu'un mécontentement.

Nous connaissions Lucca. Ce fut un premier séjour dans cet hôtel. Amabilité, service, calme tout fut simplement ... comme nous l'attendions d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Aucune fausse note. Accès aisé, à quelques minutes de marche de Saint Michel.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel! The swimming pool and and the outside view is the most beautiful in all Tuscany! I will definitely come back again! I highly recommend it!

Fabulous stay
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. Fabulous location with a short walk into Volterra (10/15 mins), beautiful views from the pool and our room, lots of parking. The pool was amazing, with a separate shallow childrens pool and delicious cocktails at the bar. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Tuscany, we didn’t want to leave!

Volterra är en trevlig stad mycket vackert belägen i Toscana. Hotellet är bra men börjar kanske bli lite slitet. Mkt trevlig personal. Vägen upp till stadskärnan är 1,5 km lång och Mycket brant. En rejäl fysisk träning i 30 - 36 graders värme.

Dates and stuffy. The property overall needs some serious remodeling. Good breakfast and very close to city center. I did not try the pool because it did not look inviting. Room was a trip back to the seventies, something between an old convent and a pilgrimage place.
