There’s no office on site but they have a person or two on site through the day. Check in was smooth through WhatsApp. The main office was very responsive via WhatsApp. They provided us restaurant recommendations. They also help organize tours, if needed and helped us arrange transport to Bocas Del Toro. The view from the villa was breathtaking. Our favorite part was enjoying a cup of coffee out on the porch. All in all - we had a great stay here. Would highly recommend - if you’re looking for someplace quiet and peaceful and are okay with no onsite restaurant or daily cleaning.
