🏢 Ideally located in the hyper-centre of Voiron, a few minutes walk from the SNCF and bus station, very nice T3 air-conditioned, perfectly equipped with all comforts, spacious, on the 2nd and last floor without lift.   
It is composed of :  
\- a large living room, double exposure;   
\- a fully equipped open kitchen;  
\- two bedrooms;  
\- a shower room with modern shower and toilet.  
  
The TV is not working, please take this information into account ⚠️  
  
🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas:   
\- A bedroom with a double bed 160\.   
\- A bedroom with a double bed 140\.   
\- A sofa bed in the living room.  
  
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen facilities ( washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine), storage, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

📍 Voiron is a medium-sized town at the foot of the Chartreuse massif. You will find all the amenities: cinemas, theatre, numerous shops and restaurants. Possibility of hiking in the Chartreuse Regional Park. Downhill and cross-country ski resorts 25 kilometres away.  
  
🚌 Getting around:   
Bus lines allow you to cross the town and go to the surrounding communes.   
You are close to the SNCF train station, which serves Grenoble and Lyon in particular.  
  
🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

#### Nice and quiet in the center of Voiron

This is a fantastic 1 bedroom appartment to rent. It is very large considering the french standard. Very well renovated, and very clean. In a quiet part of the town center. Very close to restaurant and shopping and to the train station.

#### Séjour entre amies très sympa !

Le logement est très agréable et bien situé. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés à garer et le prix de ticket de parking est très raisonnable. Seul bémol, le sol n'était pas propre et certains draps et serviettes fournies présentaient des tâches de poussières, dommage. Le gérant a été mis au courant, en espérant pouvoir y revenir dans de meilleurs conditions !

The location and the apartment itself were nice. But the apartment was not at all equipped for guests. There were only 3 coffee mugs and 2 of them had broken handles. There were only a few plates-- we kept having to hand wash everything. No salt/pepper, no coffee at all, no sugar-- these are basics we find in every other VRBO-style rental. This apartment had nothing but an empty (and not clean) olive oil carafe. We had to make the bed ourselves-- not the end of the world but not very welcoming. The arrival "kit" had one small roll of toilet paper and one dish sponge.
