### Holiday Home 'La Margotte' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday home La Margotte Fibre Terrasse is located in Voiron and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 37 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, thus accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include fibre internet (suitable for video calls), a television, and a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.  
  
  
  
You can enjoy a private south-facing terrace of 16 m² with a barbecue. This fully renovated holiday home is located a 5-minute walk from the new hospital and 10 minutes from the sports training centre. It is 5 minutes from the motorway and only 2 bus stops from the city centre. Lake Paladru is reachable in 20 minutes.  
  
  
  
A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee).  
  
  
  
The house offers views of the Vercors mountains. The ground floor includes a living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The property has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
