It's situated on location from which you can easily and quickly get to nearby beaches or another turistic sites such as the Fazana, Peroj, Rovinj, Medulin, Premantura and such other. The auxiliary facility is covered, if necessary, enclosed space, separated from the main building with kitchen, bathoroom and play area. Apart from table football, guests will have the opportunity to have fun playing table tennis and darts game. Outer space suitable as a bowling alley. In 2020 we enrich the amenities with a Spa whirlpool. Each new group of guests will be welcomed with homemade cakes and welcome drink. Parking is provided at the location of the holiday home, three parking places covered only for guests use. It is certainly worth a visit and other places of peninsula if you really want to feel the spirit of Istria, its history, gastronomy and various summer events. Certainly visiting Pula, your impressions will not leave you indifferent over its history which starts before about 3000 years. Villa Mattea consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, kitchen, living room and three covered terraces. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, while the remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom are situated upstairs. All rooms are connected by internal stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with access to a terrace and an outdoor area where are table, chairs and barbecue. The layout of the rooms allows complete privacy for all guests. The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned. From our vacation house you can quickly arrive in the neighboring Pula, Fazana, Medulin, Peroj, Krnica, Premantura, so that swimming in the pool you can supplement with the sunbathing and swimming at the beach, either rocky or sandy. Jedes Zimmer kann klimatisiert werden so das es im Sommer überall angenehm ist.Es fehlt an nichts in dem Haus, alles da was man brauch! Die Vermieter stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite egal was man hat! Das Meer ist 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Wer auf viel Privatsphäre wertlegt ist hier genau richtig. Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Taverne bietet alles was man braucht. Für Spiele ist u.a. eine Dartscheibe, Kicker, Federballset vorhanden. Im Garten ist außerdem eine Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger vorhanden. Es gibt diverse Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Pula, und umliegende Strände sind super erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. ##### Florian S. Der Ort ist nicht groß hat aber zwei kleine Läden wo man alles bekommt, zwei bis drei kleine Bars sowie ein guten Bäcker. Aber es ist nicht weit bis zu einigen großen Städten wie Pula, Fazana, Porec oder auch Rovinj. Ein schöner, ruhiger und traumhafter Urlaub, wir würden sofort wieder buchen. ##### Heiko G. Alles super. Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr bemüht. Einziges Manko war, dass wir die Kaution nicht komplett zurück bekommen haben, mit der Begründung, dass Sachen defekt gewesen wären. Die "angemahnten" Dinge (Bettstützbein, Vase und Mülleimer) befanden sich bei Anreise in genau diesem Zustand. Der Mülleimer z.B. hat uns den kompletten Aufenthalt genervt, weil der Deckel defekt war. Das war er aber schon von Anfang an so. Auf unseren Hinweis dass dies so war wurde nicht eingegangen. Bilder der Beschädigungen habe ich auch keine gesehen. Deswegen nun einen Aufstand zu machen ist mir zu blöd. Es trübt allerdings den ansonsten perfekten Urlaub bzw. Eindruck des Hauses und der Vermieter ein wenig ein. Leider. Selbst wenn wir den Mülleimer zu verschulden hätten, finde ich es kleinlich diesen aufzuführen. The house with the pool and the new taverne is very beautiful. Nothing was missing in our whole time. We enjoy the time in the bounteously area. Es ist ein sehr großes und sauberes Haus, alles sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist schön und groß und ist wie die Gegend drum herum toll für Kinder. Die Vermieter, Natasa und Dino, sind super liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen. Sie wohnen direkt im Haus nebenan und sind jederzeit für Fragen da. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz des eher bescheidenen Wetters sehr genossen. Wenn wir wieder in Kroatien Urlaub machen, dann ganz sicher wieder hier. They were perfect hosts with a perfect house in beautiful Istria! The house is well situated in a the beautiful old town Galižana which served us as a perfect base to the different beaches, like Kap Kamenjak etc (max 20mins Drive), as well as to all the nice Istrian cities worth visiting, like Pula, Rovinj, Vodnjan, Motovun, Višnjan... Besides being well equipped and very cosy, for sure the best things of the house are the pool and the barbecue place outside underneath a big tree so you can easily have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside although when the sun is shining. Dino's self-produced olive oil is one of the best we have ever tasted!! You MUST try it! In a nutshell: if you are looking for a quite place with all the comfort you can imagine, this is the perfect choice! ##### Simon B. Séjour de 14 nuits en août 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Gabi L. 11 juill. 2017 #### Wunderschöner Urlaub Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Angenehm ist auch, dass der Garten und der Poolbereich für niemanden einsichtig ist. Erwähnenswert sind auch die drei überdachten Autostellplätze. Unter dem Walnussbaum im Garten haben wir zu 9\. wunderschöne Grillabende verbracht. Unsere Vermieter Natasa und Dino waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. An einem Abend wurden wir mit kroatischen leckeren Spezialitäten überrascht :-) In Galizana gibt es auch zwei Bars und zwei kleine Supermärkte, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der nächste Strand in Fazana ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es dort eine Liegewiese mit Bäumen und einen Kiesstrand gibt. Wir haben einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht und wenn wir wieder in Kroatien Urlaub machen, dann nur bei Natasa und Dino! ##### Gabi L. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Patrick F. 18 oct. 2015 #### Sommerurlaub 2015 Sehr schönes Haus, mit super Pool!!! Zimmer groß. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren nachts manchmal nervig. Insgesamt super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. La villa est très propre et très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire entretient la piscine tous les jours. Tout est très fonctionnel. Avec 5 chambres et 3 sdb nous avions chacun notre intimité. Le papier toilette ainsi que les serviettes de bains sont fournis. Nous sommes tous vraiment enchanté de cette location et du sérieux des propriétaires. ##### johan r. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Ralf S. 16 août 2015 #### Toller Urlaub in Galizana Kroatien Super tolles Wetter in den 14 Tagen und ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Mieter die immer ansprechbar waren. Super Gas-Grill mit Metallplatte zum zubereiten des Essens während dem Urlaub. Pool war immer top gepflegt, und es gab ausreichend Liegen für alle. Überlegen schon, ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder hinfahren wollen. ##### Ralf S.
