You are considering the modern villa "Old Olive I" in Vodnjan, Croatia, a three-story vacation rental property. The villa offers ample amenities, including a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby. Enjoy the private 1,000 m2 fenced property with a garden featuring a wildlife area and trees. The pool area offers a unique shape, an internal staircase, WC, outdoor shower, and a hot tub. Indoors, you'll find conveniences like a sauna, table tennis, billiard table, table football, washing machine, and tumble dryer.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a private 1,000 m2 fenced area with a garden featuring a wildlife section and various trees. The standout feature is the 65 m2 swimming pool with a depth ranging from 30 to 140 cm, available seasonally from March 1st to November 1st. The pool area offers an unconventional shape, an internal staircase, WC, outdoor shower, hot tub, and a barbecue setup.

The villa provides modern amenities such as internet access, a sauna, table tennis, a billiard table, and a table football setup. Laundry facilities are available with a washing machine and tumble dryer on-site. Parking is available for up to three cars at the house premises. The villa is conveniently located in the hamlet of Salvela, just 1 km from the center of Vodnjan, 7 km from the center of Fažana, and 10 km from the center of Pula. The sea and public bathing areas are 7 km away, while a pebble beach is also within 7 km. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a course within 7 km, and tennis courts are just 2 km from the property. Nearby attractions include the National Park Brijuni, just 7 km away, and the famous Amphitheater, situated 11 km from the villa.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in an 8-room villa that spans 500 square meters across three floors. The villa features beautiful and cozy furnishings throughout. On the main level, there are four rooms, each equipped with a French bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a shower and toilet, and air conditioning. These rooms have direct access to the swimming pool area.  
  
The lower ground floor houses another room with a French bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a shower and toilet, and air conditioning. There is also a playroom with air conditioning on this level, providing direct access to the swimming pool.  
  
On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room spanning 50 square meters, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning. This level opens up to a terrace and the swimming pool area. Additionally, there is another room with a French bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a bath, shower, bidet, toilet, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room also has access to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. It features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has air conditioning for your comfort.  
  
Other amenities include forced-air heating, a safe, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided for your convenience.  
  
The outdoor area boasts a terrace spanning 100 square meters, partially covered, and furnished with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a box-room. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the swimming pool.

The villa offers additional facilities to enhance your vacation experience. On the ground floor, there is a separate entrance leading to a Finnish sauna, a shower, and a separate toilet, all with direct access to the swimming pool area.
