It is situated on the outskirts of the city of Vodnjan – Dignano, on a plot of land of 3000 m2, of which 1000 m2 of garden, 500 m2 of parking space and 1500 m2 of olive grove suited for outdoor games (green volley, badminton, soccer etc.) It can comfortable accommodate up to 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Everything is very comfortable and well equipped. It has 2 floors. On the ground floor there are the living room, 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The stairs lead to the first floor where there are one bedroom and one bathroom. The living room of 80 m2 is furnished with oak furniture and hand forged wrought iron, with attention paid to every detail. In the living room there are leather sofas and armchairs. There is also a particular antique table made from stone used in the past by farmers as a container for olive oil, later adapted by adding an oak lid and hand forged hinges in current use. The dining room with a large table ideal for a greater number of dishes, can accommodate up to 12 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker...) and it is close to the outdoor dining area consisting of a table of 3,40 m and benches made from solid wood with a wooden shed. You can just as easily cook inside and serve food outside. The barbeque that is situated outside is very convenient and portable. It has 6 stainless steel burners, a grill and a side burner for side dishes. Bedrooms and bathrooms – The 1st bedroom communicates with the living room and includes two sleeping accommodations (single or double), the 1st bathroom with shower. In this place there is also a kitchen that guests can use if they deem it necessary. From the living room you enter the 2nd bedroom consisting of a double bed. Here you can use the 2nd bathroom with hydro massage shower and washing machine. In the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. You can also pull up a single bed. Here you can use the 3rd bathroom with shower. In this room there is another independent kitchen suited for breakfast served on the terrace of the room. The 2nd and 3rd room can have a double function. They can be interconnecting rooms suited for a family with 2 children or they can be separate rooms if they are locked. Upstairs there is the 4th double bedroom furnished with a large bed made from white leather, with a bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units. All rooms and bathrooms have a beautiful garden view. The 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 persons. It is possible to add 2 further sleeping accommodations in order to accommodate a total of 10 persons as follows: another single bed in the 1st bedroom, another single bed in the 3rd bedroom or a double sofa bed in the hall. Garden – In the spacious garden there is an 8x4m swimming pool with exterior shower, sun loungers and parasols, a wooden shed equipped with table and benches. Under a tree in the shade there is another wooden table and two benches with their legs made from stone. The parking place is very large. The olive grove is equipped with nets and baskets for outdoor games. Elda ist immer für einen da, sehr schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar und dabei äußerst diskret. Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht auf dem Anwesen. Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ruhig gelegen. Das Städtchen ist sehenswert, ein kleines Venedig. Man ist in 5 bis 15 Minuten am Meer. Alles liegt in der Nähe: Natur, Strand, Bars mit Strand und Action. Der Pool ist perfekt sauber und wird auch zweimal die Woche gereinigt und überprüft. Manche Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tut dem Ganzen nichts. Wenn man sehr groß ist (190cm) sind die Betten etwas zu kurz, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Morgens erhält man viel Besuch... allerlei Vögelchen trinken und planschen im Pool. Niedlich. Das Haus innen ist PERFEKT sauber. Es fehlt an Nichts. Eine kleine Überraschung bekommt man auch noch. Wir hatten einen Hund (Schäferhund) dabei. Selbst sie war tierisch begeistert und genoss ihren Aufenthalt sehr. Bei kleinen Hunden muss man vielleicht etwas aufpassen, denn diese könnten aus dem hinteren Tor schlüpfen. We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot. The garden is beautiful and it has a many plants and trees. From there, you can watch your kids play or swim in the pool while sitting and taking a rest in a cozy armchair. The house is very large and comfortable, with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped. Everything looks great and is very clean. We had a wonderful holiday. The owners were very kind, available for all our needs, and provided us with all the necessary information. We will definitely return. ##### Egle K. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10-15min am Strand. In 5 min bei Plodine oder Konzum. Die Vermieter kümmern sich rührend um einen. Falls was nicht passt wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Rückmeldung bekommt man innerhalb weniger Minuten. Das Mobilar und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat uns aber persönlich nicht gestört. Lots of tips prior and during our stay, in particular the local town celebration evening on a Saturday evening which turned into one of the highlights of our trip. The Villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated two families with older teenagers. The pool was also a big hit. Vodnjan is a small town with everything you need within walking distance including supermarkets, bakers, bars and a few restaurants. Activities nearby include diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, sea swimming, wine tasting, and exploring pretty coastal towns (Rovinj is worth a trip). There is a church nearby where the bells strike at 7 each morning but this didn’t spoil our stay. My only suggestion would be extra pillows for those who would like them on the beds. ##### Becky L. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen Paare und 4 Kinder für 2 Wochen da. Der Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist wirklich ausreichend und die Lage gut um Diverses Unternehmungen zu starten. Elda und ihr Mann haben sich direkt um alles gekümmert wenn wir was hatten. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und auch die Großen hatten Spaß. Für große Familien ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich bemüht und kümmern sich umgehend um alle Angelegenheiten, dass ist nicht immer der Standard. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. ##### Dominik K. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Elda könnte nicht besser sein. Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderbar. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto um einzukaufen und z.B. nach Fašana zu fahren. Dort ist es touristischer, dagegen im Haus wirklich ruhig. Unser Hund wurde auch sehr herzlich empfangen und Elda und ihr Mann wären immer zur Stelle gewesen, wenn wir sie gebraucht hätten. Es gab jedoch kaum Anlass sie zu kontaktieren ( nur ein Gewitter, dass etwas kaputt gemacht hatte, da kam Eldas Mann sofort). Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!!! ##### Elke R. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, Haus und Grundstück luden zum Verweilen ein. Elda war eine tolle Vermieterin. Sie war jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Man ist fussläufig in 10 min beim Supermarkt oder Bäcker. Zum Strand in Fazana sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 min. Ausflüge zu Städten, anderen Stränden oder Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 30min mit dem Auto zu bewältigen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!! ##### Ines K. Séjour de 21 nuits en juin 2023 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jacqueline M. 29 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Schöner Aufenthalt Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Elda und die Gastgeber sind wie immer super lieb und das Haus ist sauber und die Umgebung perfekt für Ausflüge. Leider mussten wir aber dieses Mal feststellen, dass das Haus schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Reparaturen eher mangelhaft verlaufen. So ist eine reparierte Sonnenliege, die mit Draht an einem Fuß laienhaft repariert wurde zusammengebrochen als sich mein Vater setzen wollte. Die Haustüre ließ sich von Anfang an schwer auf- und zusperren und am 3\. Tag löste sich dann innen ein Kolben - das Haus hat mehrere Türen sodass dies kein Problem war. Am letzten Tag flog dann noch die Duschwand im unteren Badezimmer meiner Schwester entgegen und zersprang in tausend Glasscherben. Hier hatte mein Schwager zuvor die Duschwand jedes Mal wieder in die unten vorgesehene Verankerung drücken müssen, da die Duschwand immer raussprang. Zum Glück haben wir uns dabei nicht verletzt (nur mein Vater hatte einen Schnitt am Finger beim Aufkehren), denn meine Schwester wollte gerade ihr Kleinkind in die Dusche heben. Wir haben Elda dann bei der Abreise auch noch eine kleine Entschädigung für die Duschwand bezahlt und hoffen dass alle Mängel im Haus für nachkommende Urlauber fachgerecht und sicher behoben werden, sodass einem schönen Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege steht :-) Alles Liebe Jacqueline ##### Jacqueline M. Wir waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kleinkinder und haben 2 Wochen in Elda's Haus gewohnt. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und sehr schön. Es ist alles total weitläufig und geräumig, sodass man sich auch mit mehreren Familien nicht im Weg steht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Elda war jederzeit hervorragend und sie hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps für uns. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls super. Direkt die Straße runter befindet sich ein Restaurant und ein Spielplatz und Vodnjan läd dazu ein, am Marktplatz einen Kaffee zu trinken, durch die kleinen Gässchen zu spazieren oder auf Graffiti-Jagd zu gehen. Die einzige Kritik die wir äußern können ist, dass die Fliesen rund um den Pool wahnsinnig rutschig sind sobald diese nass werden. Das ist gerade mit kleinen Kindern ziemlich gefährlich. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit erneut buchen und kommen gerne wieder! ##### Nicole F. Es hat Charme ..genau wie der Ort Vodnjan. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Touri Trubel...wer den haben möchte fährt einfach mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Danke an Elda und ihren Mann..sie gaben Tipps und waren immer ansprechbar...und einen Willkommensgruß in Form von Obst und einer guten Flasche Wein gab es obendrauf... unbedingt empfehlenswert der Besuch der Kirche...z.Bsp. auch zu einem Gottesdienst.. die Strände bei Barbariga oder der Lost Beach Strand... abenteuerlich auch der Besuch der Fort's...es gibt dort einige...
