Villa Loreta is a semi-detached house located in the district of Srima, just 3 km from the center of Vodice, Croatia. The property boasts a private, fenced area of 450 m2 with a seasonal swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 150 cm, available from April 1 to October 15), an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. Additionally, it offers amenities like Internet Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and parking for two cars on the premises. The vacation rental is situated in a sunny position, only 400 m from the sea and beach.

The property features a spacious outdoor area with a private, fenced compound spanning 450 m2. Guests can enjoy the angular swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 150 cm), which is available seasonally from April 1 to October 15. This level also includes an open kitchen with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, each with a French bed (200 cm x 210 cm), individual shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. The bedrooms provide direct access to the terraces.

The property boasts a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. Air conditioning is available throughout the living areas and bedrooms. Laundry facilities are provided with a washing machine, and outdoor entertainment is catered for with a barbecue area. Satellite TV is available in the living room and bedrooms, ensuring you can stay entertained during your stay. The house also features heat available, a microwave, and a television for your convenience.
