The holiday apartment is located in a modern apartment building in Vodice on the Sibenik Riviera. The house comprises 11 rental units for 2-6 people across four floors and is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town, 15-20 minutes from the town centre.



The apartment is designed for 2 people and features a bedroom with a double bed, an open living and cooking area with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. Satellite TV, air conditioning, internet access, and heating are available. A fold-out sofa bed provides space for an additional person.



The 11 m² balcony with a south-facing orientation is covered, offers a sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse.



The apartment building offers a pool, a garden with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. A private parking space is available for each apartment, pets are not permitted. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee.



To the beach is approximately 450 metres, shopping facilities are located 150 metres away, and the centre of Vodice is about 1.4 km distant. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, cycling, diving, excursions to nature and national parks, as well as cultural attractions.
