The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Football, volleyball, and basketball court, trampoline. **Location** Vlčice u Trutnova, 460 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the adjacent plot, there are holiday houses CSR RIG 039 (9 people), CSR RIG 399 (8 people), and the landlord's house. On the ground floor of the house, there is a Western-style bar with draft beer or a lounge area, available by arrangement with the landlord. Please pre-order bed linen with your booking.
