The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there's a shower room and a separate toilet on this level.

The property features electric and wood heating options. The amenities included are a fireplace, heating availability, a microwave, a television, and accommodation for up to six guests. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in total.
