"We were overbooked for our first day but Kyle was extremely accommodating with finding us another hotel for the night. Service was great, the spa was amazing, the pool was vwry entertaining, and the food was awesome! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Scottsdale. "

"The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. "

"This is my second time staying there and love it, I like the pool hours and the destination of the hotel."

"This is a very basic room. Clean enough but only big enough for the two beds. It was clean but for $800+ for three nights it had no breakfast, no coffee maker in the room and no housekeeping while we were there apparently that only happens every three days. I would not stay there again."

"The BBQ restaurant is no longer there, so there's no where to eat except a tiny bar area in the lobby. Thankfully, a very nice employee directed us to some restaurants within walking distance. There is only one small pool area other than the waterpark area, which is quite a walk from most of the rooms. And much smaller than it appears on the website and in the pictures. Rooms were really nice with a balcony; however, the view from the balcony is of an alley and laundry facility. Why even have it, seriously? I was woke up at 4 am Tuesday night by someone yelling obscenities outside our room, evidently having been locked out of his room. Overall, not what I was expecting based on the amount of money I spent."
