Enjoy the game room's ping pong, board games, Smart TV, and more. The main house boasts a well-designed floor plan, including a master suite with a private patio overlooking the pickleball court and unheated pool. The courtyard, BBQ, and breezeway connect the main house to the casita, a spacious retreat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and its own laundry room. Your heavenly hillside escape awaits! \- This home does NOT allow children between the ages of 0-3 years under any circumstances. Any guests over the age of 3 are required to know how to swim, including adults. PARKING • 2 spaces in the garage & parking on the driveway HOUSE RULES • MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10 • QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am • NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED All are strictly enforced. • THIS HOME IS DOG-FRIENDLY: There is a $50 dog fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs due to the homeowners severe allergy to cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee. • VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In town for a wedding, we stayed with another family. There was plenty of room between the main house and casita. Loved the decor as well as the appliances that seemed relatively new. Kids loved the pool and stayed there most of the day. Adults loved sitting by fire pit at night. Bunnies love the patch of grass; came pretty close to us! Property is pet friendly but did not notice any pet hairs during my visit, which was nice for my allergies. Take note that max occupancy is 10 at all times and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Seems to be due to city permit restrictions - understandable, but wish max was higher as it is a large property. ##### Keiko D. The pool is great and well-maintained. Pickleball/basketball court was popular with everyone too. Extremely clean. Very roomy and comfortable for our large group. Neighborhood is quiet and laid back.
