The house is set in the heart of the village Višnjan, known for the observatory, and only a few meters from the shop, bakery, konoba, pizzeria and bank. Villa Vanessa is in idyllic countryside, but only 10 minutes’ drive to Poreč and the beaches. The house has an enclosed property of about 450 sqm with swimming pool of 32 sqm, parking for two vehicles, large terrace with sitting area, barbecue and shower/toilet.



The unit on the ground floor of the house for 6 guests of 105 sqm consists of air conditioned living room with sitting set with two sleeping possibilities, dining room with stairs leading to the attic with a bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, corner with stepper and exercise bike, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, one shower/toilet and a separate toilet.

The unit on the first-floor for 3-5 guests of 75 sqm consists of air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for one person, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
