"There’s a gentleman by the name of “Chris” whom I’m assuming is an operator (answers and transfers accordingly) is NOT friendly at ALL. I’d HIGHLY suggest some customer service retraining. The toilet had an issue which come to find out stemmed from outside yet, it was fixed in a timely fashion. "

"An older hotel who's plumbing could use a little more TLC, but the staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable, you can be at Nationals Park in about 15 min, and most importantly it is clean. The breakfast is pretty good too. While we didn't use the pool, it appeared well kept up and beautiful."

"The only problem I had was with the woman at the front desk who didn’t have a name tag. She was working on Thursday night, May 16. She was very rude. My husband was talking to another front desk agent because we had a major problem with the bathroom. The tub was always flooding because the stopper wasn’t working. As my husband was talking, she interrupted him and put her hand out so that he would stop talking. She was not helpful at all and rude to other guests. This is someone who should not be...

"This property could use an update but the staff keeps it up pretty well. Our room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and we didn't encounter any issues in the 5 nights that we were there. The only thing I would mention is we were here in May..graduation time...tons of kids and kid groups. Surprisingly, however, they weren't too annoying. There is no pool or laundry facilities...we didn't need these but thought it'd be good to mention. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful!....as...
