« This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. The place could use a deep clean (fridge, baseboards, etc.),...

« Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. « Such a great island to visit. The Bay view was perfect. Got to see the sunset on our first night. Easy trip onto the Island for dinner at Rope Walk and Bills Steak & Seafood. Both were excellent. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC was not the greatest. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend. »

« Even though the weather was cold, we still managed to take a walk on the beach. Enjoy being able to step out and be a few steps from the beach. Great restaurants are a long walk or short drive away. »

« Property was clean and in a great location on the island. The GPS did not take us all the way to the end of the road where the inn was, so coming in after dark made it tricky for us to find. We came to go crabbing and the water level is low off the dock in the back so we had to go elsewhere to crab. »

Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated.
