Nestled in one of the most famous neighborhoods in Virginia Beach - the VIBE district, this new house offers all amenities, and easy access to the Convention Center, the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and activities. This is truly the best location for your trip! Property Highlight: Accommodation for up to 8 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home accommodates a group with many spaces for enjoying each other’s company. Fully Stocked Home: Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Self-check-in for your convenience with an electronic door lock. On the first level, there is a spacious living room and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island. ALL bedrooms have TVs. The second level has 2 bedrooms, both with King-sized beds- the spacious master bedroom has a balcony and en suite bathroom. On the third floor, you will find a room with a bunk bed with full beds on top and bottom. There is another living space between the rooms with comfortable couches and furniture. The 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both rooms share the upstairs bathroom. With provided beach gear, high-speed WIFI, coffee bar, and more, this will become your new go-to spot! Prime Location: Situated in Virginia Beach, you’ll be close to the best spots in the area, including Atlantic Park Surf and The Dome music venue! GUEST ACCESS The entire property is available for your use. Please note that this is one half of a duplex. INTERACTION WITH GUEST We are available to assist you via text or VRBO message 24/7! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion-activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation; it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! Please be advised that there are 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the unit. This area does have military installations nearby, and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware that you are sensitive to noise. Please note that during hurricane season, our area is prone to inclement weather. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen weather or health events to protect their reservation. Our cancellation policy is firm. ADDITIONAL RULES \*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home, away from windows or doors, and dispose of cigarette butts properly. \*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. A minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy, including visitors, and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time. \*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. It is our utmost priority to continue to operate short-term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will receive one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent. \*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any number more than the maximum number of occupants in the home at any one time (the guest maximum can be found in the listing). No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to the maximum number of guests in the house, including any visitors. This is a residential area, and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short-term rentals for a long time, so please help us respect our neighbors. \*Please note that while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters are changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, the host may cancel the reservation with a full refund to the guest. \*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. The property was updated and fit our group very well. We used every bedroom (the master w/ en suite was big!) but didn't take advantage of the balcony and lounge area as much as expected. The kitchen, dining and livingroom were our mainstays. The beach gear was a nice touch, but I would recommend the owner consider including a small cooler for drinks. The fridge was empty when we arrived. We left some condiments and hope they were able to be used by the next group. Parking was a bit confusing for the entire area. Someone told us we weren't parking in the right spot (blue diamond...our spot for sure) and someone else told us we were using the wrong trash cans (side of the house...ours). The book was a bit outdated, but the crew made sure we knew what to do. Overall...great stay! ##### Melony D. Communication was wonderful with the owners. The house was great! We were there for a vacation and dance competition. Most everything was within walking distance. The kitchen is spacious, and there are lots of places for storage. The walk to the beach is relatively short, and there are lots of things to do in the neighborhood. We stayed for four nights at this property and we had a great time! The quality of the property is superb and it is very close to the Virginia Beach boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Everything from checkin to check out was seamless. The host responded quickly to any questions. It is spacious and the bedrooms are well laid out with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We were traveling with 3 toddlers, so the walk to the beach was a little further than what we had pictured (that is no fault of the host, however). The beach entrance is a little further down making the walk more like a 3-4 block walk to the beach. This would be no trouble for older kids or adults! The only complaint I have during our entire stay is that the level of noise from the street (basically high way) that is right out front is pretty much constant. We had some difficult nights getting all the kids to sleep with the revving of engines and loud motorcycles that were constantly driving past until well after midnight. Again, if you're coming without children, this may not even be a problem. The host was amazing as far as communication was concerned. She reached out just enough to let us know she cared but also did not micromanage our trip. We had a blast overall and it was a great place to stay! ##### Lauren P.
