The Sandbridge Jewel

Built in 2020, this Jewel is located in the heart of Sandbridge on the Back Bay...just 550 ft from the beach! Ideal for multiple families or large family gatherings, this modern 3 level home has plenty of room to congregate or spread out with bedrooms and gathering areas on each floor. Awaken to beautiful ocean sunrises and retire with breathtaking Bay sunsets. Whether your ideal beach vacation includes relaxation or adventure, it starts at the Jewel for unending fun and memories.

The Sandbridge Jewel boasts 9 Bedrooms, 3 Living/Den areas, a full kitchen and kitchenette, and even an office space with Murphy Bed....all tastefully decorated. Outside, enjoy the pool during the day or gas firepit at night. We have an outside shower to use after stowing your beach toys in a lockable garage. Private pool and playground for the kids when they just need a water-break. Out the back gate, access our dock to fish, Kayak and/or SUP around the Bay.

Giving access to the Bay, we have 2 single Kayaks and a paddle board for your use....of course at your own risk.
For beach access, we have provided some beach toys, bikes, a wagon, and cooler and beach towels. Please ensure they are all locked up and accounted for when not in use. Please take care of our " toys”

Access everything except 3 locked owners closets.

I am available most of the time and only live a mile away. I respect your privacy so you probably will not see me unless you need something or request assistance.

We will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels for the kitchen, laundry soap, and dish soap. We will also provide trash bags and basic cleaning supplies. A beach towel, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth are provided per guest. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each bathroom.

Sandbridge beach is a quaint family oriented beach community with 5 miles of sandy beach. Located on the Outer Banks of Virginia, we have the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Back Bay to the West.

Water lovers can freshwater fish and explore the beauty of the Back Bay Refuge by Kayak/SUP or saltwater fish, surf, kayak, SUP, play in the surf or catch a wave in the Atlantic Ocean.

Land Lubbers can enjoy the hiking paths and bike trails of the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge or just soak in the sun on our newly expanded beach.

Or, do both!!!

We have a few local restaurants, souvenir and sweets shops. Fine Dining and night life are just miles away at the Virginia Beach boardwalk.

Perfect!!! House was great for 3 generations of 13 people! Lots of space for all to eat, sleep, relax & play games! Plenty of seating in multiple places for larger groups to be together or for a quiet space both inside & out. Beds were comfy for a good nights sleep. All the furniture & appliances in great condition, all amenities provided! We enjoyed the pool at the end of each day. Also the fishing, kayaks & paddle boarding off the dock. The beach itself was lovely! Short walk w path right across the street. All communication, entry code & WiFi super easy. Loved the extra touches of snacks baskets & fresh flowers! Thanks for making another wonderful family vacation of memories!!!

Absolutely Phenomenal!

We cannot say enough about the gorgeous Sandbridge Jewel! The rental manager’s communication and timeliness to any questions as we planned our trip was top-notch! We had guests ranging from 70+ to 2 years old and everyone enjoyed themselves! The location is stellar, making it a quick walk to the beach! When not at the beach, we were able to enjoy the pool, kayaking and playground area. We did have a bit of rain but there were a variety of games provided. The goodies provided upon arrival were so very thoughtful! The decor is absolutely stunning-every room was well thought out. The entire property was meticulously clean! Everyone slept well as the beds were extremely comfortable. The layout of the property worked perfectly for our group-very spacious. The extra refrigerator and sink on the lower level was an added bonus for extra water, juices and food for such a large group! We cannot thank you enough for making our stay (many of our firsts) in Sandbridge Beach so memorable! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful property and stay!

This was our first time in staying in Sandbridge and it won't be the last. The Sandbridge Jewell was outstanding and was incredibly well stocked. From the kitchen, to the kayaks and paddle boards, to the bikes and the huge American Flag that they hung up for us, the Jewell is a 5 star place to stay. The host was super responsive and helpful and a pleasure to work with. The beach access path is directly across from the house and the walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes. They had a super simple checkin/out process and a binder that answered almost every question you might have when wanting to explore the area or find a restaurant. The binder was an amazing help! Overall, walking in, the house was clean, well organized and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and well stocked with towels. There is a full 2nd refrigerator in the downstairs bar which made it easier for the week's supply of food for everyone. Which by the way, the downstairs bar was clutch for happy-hour and after-hours festivities. I could go on, by I'm running out of characters. The Sandbridge Jewell is an outstanding property with a an excellent host and I'm sure you'll have the same experience I did. Book with confidence.

Amazing house for a large group

Perfect place for a large group of teens and adults. My sister and I took our daughters and nieces and a few school friends for a relaxing week away. The house is perfectly located, very clean, and has everything you could ever need. It’s spacious and our group could be social while others had privacy and rest at the same time. The walk to the beach is very easy, and relaxing by the pool was the ultimate way to end every day. The extra refrigerator and kitchen area downstairs was also so helpful for extra beverage storage and overflow. Would highly recommend everything about this house!!! I wish we could have stayed longer.
