This spacious, first-floor condo, which faces southeast with a view of the ocean, has everything you'll need for a comfortable getaway - a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a formal dining room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and beautiful furnishings throughout. The expansive living area features a cable TV, a VCR and a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Enjoy a walk-in laundry room with a private washer/dryer and free high-speed WiFi as well. The primary bedroom suite offers a jetted tub, a walk-in closet, a cable TV with a VCR/DVD player, and balcony access through sliding glass doors. The Dunes is conveniently located in the heart of Sandbridge, where getting to the beach is a breeze. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Do not move furniture between rooms. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00148 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We received 3 codes and only one worked. Had to call customer service, which took a while. We had to ask two couples to let us in. Than finally we got our room code but the elevator and for to the elevator wasn’t working. So we had to call back. The place was not cleaned well, there was food on the ground in the kitchen and human hair in the shower and tub. Our tub was filled with water when we first arrived. There was also no instructions on how to lock the side door that requires lifting the handle for it to lock. We had no keys to the gym had to go back to check in to ask for keys. The pool was not open even on the hot day, which is the main reason we booked this place over a different one. We did have to buy cleaning supplies to clean the showers. And the bed in the master bedroom is sooooooo hard. Like the worst sleep ever had to sleep with my best friend. Now to the good. Very spacious, right in front of a nice calm beach, it’s not too far from stores and food and about 20 from Virginia Beach. Great walking area for morning walks. Prolly wouldn’t stay here again but once we got through night one it got better! Not a bad place just think we had a bad experience. ##### shanaira h. Super close to the beach! A large space perfect for families, this condo was very comfortable. The owner even gave us lots of space for groceries and such. This condo is about 20 minutes south of Virginia Beach and in a quiet area. The small market across the street has everything you need for the first night -- eggs, milk, cereal and bread, plus beach toys and t-shirts. The restaurant next to the market was really good, too.
