This luxurious oceanfront corner retreat is sure to create wonderful vacation memories. As soon as you enter “Sea Forever” with its open floor plan, you’ll be surrounded by views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living area is bright and friendly with plenty of room for a family get-together. There’s a 65-inch HDTV with upgraded premium cable channels, so kick back with your favorite movies or sporting events. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the oversized wraparound oceanfront balcony to enjoy the warm ocean breezes. From here, you can watch as the dolphins play and swim or watch as families of pelicans glide by just a few feet away. In the morning you can watch the sun rise out of the ocean with your coffee or enjoy your favorite cocktail in the evenings after a fun day at the beach as you drift off to the sounds of the ocean waves.

The large open kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of space for preparing the gourmet seafood meal that was purchased locally. This kitchen is equipped with almost everything the gourmet chef may need from basic appliances and essential cookware.

Step into the oceanfront main bedroom suite and enjoy the large bed and private bath with granite-topped double vanity. There’s plenty of closet space and a large dresser for all of your beach attire. The large TV will let you catch up on the day's events or watch your favorite late night shows while listening to the ocean waves. Have some work to finish up? There’s an office desk so you can quickly and conveniently address the last-minute business. You also have access to free WiFi.

Bedroom 2 provides a spacious queen bed, HDTV, and a walk-in closet for your personal items. Bedroom 3 is also a private suite with a separate bath, TV, and closet space. Bedroom 4 offers a pull out for any unexpected visitors making sure there is plenty of room for everyone.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
