This suite also features a private entrance to the outdoor oceanside balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or late-night relaxation while listening to the crashing waves below. The second main suite offers ample space to spread out, with a large closet, a full-sized dresser, a private bathroom, and a TV for watching your favorite late-night shows. Bedroom three is a unique delight, featuring pirate ship bunk beds that will surely be a hit with the kids! The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, and two fitness centers. A few small things: it rained every day and stormed with high winds. Water blew in onto the floor from the ocean facing sliding door. The door lock mechanism broke off the sliding door from the living room out to the larger balcony. There was trash in a bathroom trash can and one of the commodes had not been flushed. For four adults utilizing all three bathrooms, there was not enough toilet paper at just one roll per bathroom. We did not realize that there were no extra rolls until we needed them on the last night.Had we gotten any sunshine at all it might have made these issues seem small. ##### Marcia T. This first floor condo was perfect - great location! It has lots of room - very clean, nice size fully stocked kitchen, living room with three couches, large tv, and large dining table. Comfy beds in the three bedrooms and having three bathrooms was a bonus. No hairdryers, but they weren’t listed on the amenities anyway. So bring your own! Two nice balconies looking over the ocean with lots of seating. The beach was wonderful - easy access. Didn’t find any beach chairs or umbrellas at the condo. We brought our own or you can rent them in Sandbridge. Pools and hot tubs weren’t open yet. Was advertised mid-May but was told by servicing that they didn’t open until Memorial Day. They looked very nice! Easy access to the garage. Like most garages, the parking spots are small, but we managed with our SUV. The grills need servicing. There were about 12 grills and took 8 tries to find one that worked. Two restaurants close by - Jose Tequila and Baja Restaurant. Both were very good! The coffee shop in Baja served breakfast and small lunch menu! Communication with Vacasa was good…easy check in instructions, text to make sure it was clean, and check out. We would definitely stay at Sandy Bottoms again! ##### Donna P.
