The hotel advertises full kitchen, yet it has nothing. No dining table, no cookware, no silverware, no dishes, no rags nor cleaning supplies. The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. The remote was broken. The lamp was broken. The bedding is cheap.The bathroom had dirty walls. The coffee maker doesn't work properly, may be the cheapest on the market.The hallways were dirty. The place strongly needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning. The beds are in a closed room in the back; so I had to sleep on the sofa bed if I wanted to wake up to the ocean and sunrise. There is no sliding doors, just a heavy glass door that you can't leave open. On a positive note, the location is great, the staff is courteous and the price was fair (off season). Nous avons été vraiment déçus par l'hôtel, sur photos tout semblait parfait mais à notre arrivé, il manquait des ustensiles, grille-pain, etc. La toilette bougeait et le couvercle de la toilette était taché, il y avait de la moisissure dans le bain, le robinet du bain était brisé. Le divan dans le salon était tellement sal que nous avons mis des draps dessus pour le couvrir. Il y a avait constamment du bruit, nous entendions nos voisins de chambre comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre. Que dire des sirènes de pompiers et des avions qui nous donnaient l'impression parfois de circuler dans notre chambre. Honnêtement j'aimerais obtenir un remboursement partiel pour tous ces inconvénients. I walked outside towards the boardwalk and was approached by the guy working the office from a side street. Was put in room 410\. New COX cable boxes were installed and the one in the bedroom didn't have the correct power supply (old single round plug, new box was USB-C) Told front desk. Shower wouldn't produce hot water, just very lukewarm. If you cut the handle on all at once, you would get one sudden burst of hot water and then it was gone. Sink water had steam coming off it. Told front desk the following morning to add for maintenance to look at, was told they would be in at 0830\. Left for about 4 hours, came back and checked. No power supply, no hot water. Was told to let it run for 20mins.... still no hot water. Was moved to room 409\. Beds were old and hard, pull out couch was bent in the middle. Had hot water and TV, toilet wouldnt flush correctly. There was a Pepsi can in the toilet tank, that had been there for a while. I removed it and got the toilet working correctly. The location was very easy to access, and the parking felt secure. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, when we entered our room, we found it to be decent overall but noticed several issues: the towels were dirty, the toilet paper dispenser was empty, and we discovered a used towel tucked away in the drawer. Additionally, there was a pack of cigarettes in the same drawer, along with some small items scattered on the sofa.
