Floor-to-ceiling windows and a strategically angled floor plan capture the beauty of the ocean and our incredible beach. The main level of Seaside Serenity is elegantly decorated with creamy couches and designer appointments, and is bright and cheerful with all of the arched east facing windows. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the evening, while watching your favorite TV show on the flat screen. The open floor plan allows for a casual ability to join together or spread-out, as the living room opens to the dining room and then the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, with granite &custom stone Quartz kitchen counter tops, smooth cook-top, built-in double oven, dishwasher, microwave, free standing ice maker, full refrigerator, and wine refrigerator. The dining table seats everyone, and the additional counter top seats 4\. Enjoy conversations and an incredible view off the deck, spend hours watching the surf and the water games of the popular dolphins and pelicans that frequently pass by. The lower Level of this home with enclosed beach piles offers a gorgeous Camberia quartz counter top Full kitchen with lots of windows , access door to the beach , Two bedrooms (one King Size bed, One Queen), a living room area, and two full bathrooms - one shared between the two bedrooms and one accessible from the living space/ kitchen area and from the outdoor on this level. The First level of this home offers a King Master Suite with a private bath and TV, along with a King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom that share a Jack-N-Jill bath. All of the bedrooms offer designer bedding and window treatments with beachy accents throughout. The upper level is home to two bedrooms; one a King Master Suite with Private Bath and Jacuzzi Tub, as well as a gas fireplace and a private balcony. The second Queen bedroom has a private bath as well. The arched windows offer remarkable views to wake up to. There is plenty of seating outside on the Multi-level deck area, with a table for al fresco dining, and loungers for afternoon siestas after a day splashing in the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean. Beach access is directly from the house "Private own access gated yard", which also offers an open shady place , great for younger children to hide from the sun and the elderly to cool off in. A great house for a family bringing the grandparents /children and pet along! We are pet friendly but we do have pet rules. Please check pet rules. Must have its own bedding. The home was absolutely amazing- couldn’t have asked for more - the pool, hot tub, outside shower and easy access to the beach were all well used by my family! The inside decor is amazing, well taken care of, and amenities galore- even multiple coffee makers for anyone who loves coffee!!!
