C'est un hôtel à éviter
On n'était pas du tout satisfait, le but du voyage est d'aller tout de suite sur la plage et non pas se présenter à chaque fois au responsable pour l'informer que la chambre était ouverte, la télé était allumée, les draps sont salles, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas, pas d'articles de toilettes (shampoing, savons serviettes), le service était nul...on a regretté cet hôtel parmi les 13 qu'on avait réservé durant nos 19 jours de vacances. C'est mieux de réserver directement proche de la plage même si cher mais dans notre cas, il n'y avait pas de chambres libres sur la plage. C'EST VRAIMENT À ÉVITER!

Personnel très désagréable, se moquant des clients
Coffre fort HS - Laverie HS et très sale- Chambre plus que moyenne (rien a voir avec le descriptif du site) et sale également. Le personnel se moque ouvertement des clients et a hate qu'ils partent si comme nous, ils osent dire quelque chose. Je tiens à préciser, que depuis maintenant presque 10 ans, nous passons un mois par an aux USA en changeant d'hôtel environ 6 à 7 fois à chaque voyage, et que c'est la première fois que nous sommes si mal reçus et si mal considérés. Ce message n'a rien d'insultant ou diffamatoire envers cet établissement, il ne reflete que notre vécu.

Dès notre arrivée, la chambre était ouverte et la télé allumée et puis les draps étaient salles (pas lavées et avec des cheveux), le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre était réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et il n'y avait des choses que pour une personne (serviettes, shampoing et savon). La personne qui était responsable cette journée m'a proposé de me rendre 1$ puisque le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et puis au lieu de résoudre toutes ces problèmes elle m'a proposé de quitter si je ne suis pas satisfait...très mauvaise expérience et je ne conseille pas cet hôtel..!

Beware of the breakfast bar police, myself and a relative were finishing coffee it was after 9am which is the breakfast end time. The hotel representative walks in and notices the refrigerator where items are stored was low and claimed she had just refilled it. She immediately questioned us about it as if we were the ones that ate more than our share. She didn't see the last couple of guest that came in just before closing so had no idea how many muffins etc. they left with. I myself had 1 cup of coffee, 1 muffin and 1 orange juice, my married relative had 2 of each or which the other was for her spouse still in the room. The next day we were down there and a guest came in and got 4 muffins, 4 juices and cup of coffee. The same hotel representative caught her and explained only 2 items per guest in a room. I am respectful of other guest but if there is a limit they should post this on the breakfast bar. As for the rooms, the one I had was good and clean but the first room my relative had the TV was staticky, the phone didn't work it also smelled bad. They were switched to another room which was better but when they decided to use the microwave it didn't work. Also, I usually buy frozen snacks when traveling, well all the rooms we had the refrigerator freezers were iced over. Finally, this is a non-refundable hotel, I was thinking about staying in the area an extra day and accidently reserved the extra day. Cancelled it immediately and Expedia kept funds.

It's always the guy at the front desk. People are giving you their hard earned money and this guy acts a fool every time. I only stay for the convenience of it to where I need to be. Other than that, it's the worst place to spend money on. Especially when the people who run it don't appreciate it.

I checked in and expected my room and noticed the my shower was dirty. The house keeper did not clean the bathroom. There were also roaches inside my room.

The pictures online led me to believe that this was an indoor hotel, not an outdoor motel. Walking in the room I could feel metal plating in the floor under the carpet, which made me cautious of the overall safety there. It was a bit difficult to rest comfortably, especially knowing I had a long drive the following day. I wouldn't likely stay there again, but that's just me.

Property had roaches on the lamps and shower. Big black spider crawling around the curtains. Pubic hairs in the shower and on the hand towels they give you. Cigarette burn in the sheets. This place was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was a muffin, granola bar. Coffee, apple juice and orange juice. The orange juice was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like dollar tree drinks. The maids would come into our rooms while we were gone. Please stay away from this place.

My stay total cost was supposed to be 129.00 but when I went to check in it went from $129.00 to $240.00!!??? What's really going on?? So no I didn't pay that price and the Clark rude and point blank unfriendly all the way around. I will never never deal with that again or will I be treated that way

We found 4 roaches, the one night we stayed. The electical socket was broken and coming out the wall (HAZARD). Has an awful odor. Did not have a breakfast bar, unless muffins and orange juice was the breakfast, but it was displayed all the time.

THIS IS A RACIST ESTABLISHMENT, the Indian husband and wife here DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE…when i first arrived here there were two Caucasian men in front of me checking in, the husband at the front desk was very nice going above and beyond for them. After they left i stepped to the counter to check in and as the Indian man at the front desk proceeded to take down my information, he stopped and said “ oh i remember your name from earlier “ you’re canceled so you can’t check in good bye “ as he shoo-ed me away with his hand. I asked him how was my check in canceled , when my Expedia account showed that check starts at 3pm , late check in is 11pm and my room was a “ reserve now pay at property “. He said “ your room was canceled you said you would be here at 3pm and you wasn’t so at 6pm we canceled your room “ i told him “ i never said anything about checking in at 3pm and as i pulled my confirmation out to read to him that it says check in starts at 3pm, he said to me “ go argue with Expedia you’re canceled , you’re canceled “ so i said “ why are you being so rude to me when I’m coming from out of town, i followed the instructions from Expedia and now you’re telling me because you guys tried to charged my card this morning when i haven’t arrived yet , you guys canceled my room … you guys need to honor what it says on Expedia “ he said “ you’re canceled get out “ i told him so i need to book a room, he said “ there’s no more rooms “ so i said how is there no more rooms when i

Staff was excellent. We needed a room on the 1st floor for my handicap mother. No problem. Staff was amazing, friendly and curtiuos. Our A/C broke in our room the staff quickly switched out our rooms. The rooms was spotless everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Definatley will recomend to others. The price and location was great.
