The front desk clerk was very rude and dismissive. My room had no phone, no coffee pot, no ice bucket. The bed was made with the flat sheet on top of the blanket and I had to remake it. The ice machine is located on the 1st floor in the electrical room that says personnel only. There was no lighting and not safe. Also I almost fell coming out of the stairway to the 1st floor there's a big step down with no signage to watch your step. Outside is rundown, block walls in rooms, the elevator smelled horrible and was so loud you couldn't sleep because people going up and down all night and making noise all over property, trash was piled up waist deep next to our door, the beds were cheap hard and noisy, needless to say but we left at midnight because it was so bad.
