The Full Tide, a combination of our High and Low Tide homes is a one of a kind property perfect for multiple families or friends to vacation together and make lasting memories. The property affords a unique opportunity for multiple groups to travel together but also enjoy privacy. High Tide in total features 3750 Sq Ft. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms of newly renovated perfection. The Full Tide combines our High Tide and Low Tide offerings. In total, the Full tide is a 3750 Sq Ft. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with two kitchens, laundry areas, grills, and more. At the High Tide, we bring to you the farmhouse at the beach with a modern twist. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home was renovated in 2022\. It has three parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, and a breakfast bar that sits 3, a 54\` TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an outdoor grill. At the Low Tide, We bring you the beach cottage of your dreams to serve as a base for your daily adventures and then a cozy spot to return home and relax. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was renovated in 2022\. It has two parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, a stocked coffee bar, and a breakfast bar that sits 2, 54\` TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an outdoor grill. NESTLED WITHIN THE OCEANFRONT AREA IS VIRGINIA BEACH’S CULTURAL ARTS ENCLAVE—THE VIBE CREATIVE DISTRICT. A hub for artists and spirits, roasters and restaurants, workouts and wares, museums, and more, the ViBe is where our creative businesses have set up shop to share their passion and inspire a sense of discovery in locals and visitors alike. Whether you’re here for a few days or here for good, there’s always something special going on. Weekly and monthly events like the Old Beach Farmer’s Market and Second Saturdays give a taste of the town and bring entertainment and community art projects you can be a part of. The home includes five driveway parking spaces and is easily walkable, bikeable, or driveable. Both the High and Low Tide have their own separate driveways and entrances. We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveways / front yard / front door entryways No more than 5 cars per booking and cars must be parked in driveway spaces. No outside guests other than those on the reservation. No Parties or events $500 fee and immediate cancellation Please be courteous and have quiet hours starting at 10 PM. The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, located near the venue, reasonably priced, easy parking, and met our every need. Hosts were amazing! Quick responses, very accommodating and very personable. We even requested a later checkout. We easily walked to the venue, to the beach and to coffee shops and eateries. Kids did go back and forth between the homes easily, but the host is working on a fence gate to allow for that process to be better in the future. Only complaint a few of us had was street noise at night given the homes location. But we were so tired the second night we all slept perfectly fine. This has nothing to do with the home or hosts, just a comment to help others manage expectations. We have found the perfect place for this annual event of ours and plan on reserving the place again as soon as we have our event dates! Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. ##### Shannon B. We loved everything about the home! The location is perfect, so close to everything. The house is beautifully outfitted, fully stocked and family friendly. They even have children’s dinnerware in each side. I don’t think I’ve ever been so satisfied with a VRBO or vacation reservation. For starters, Cat sent a super detailed PDF to us prior to arrival full of the best places to eat broken down by category with their own personal thoughts on each. Including helpful tips about walking to the beach and things about the home. Super detailed! She was super easy and fast to communicate with and went above and beyond our expectations when accommodating our group. There was a sweet note waiting for us as well as a complimentary bottle of wine on both sides. Just another way to show Cat and Chris are intentional with everything they do in the home :) I don’t have anything negative to say! Our only suggestion would be to maybe add in a small game to the fence in between the two sides for when someone rents the full home to make it easier to go back and forth between each instead of walking all the way around each time but that’s not a huge deal. We would absolutely stay again! Hopefully we can come in one of the warmer months but would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking. Thank you so much for your hospitality! ##### Kayla B.
