This is a gorgeous, dog-friendly home featuring three levels of living space with deck views that will stay with you for years to come. The third-floor kitchen and living room boast beautiful bamboo floors and broad views of Back Bay - you will be entertained nightly by our famous sunsets. When evening falls, you'll love the home's nine cheerful and spacious bedrooms, most with their own private door leading onto the wraparound decks. There is a large private pool with lots of decking for lounging in the sun and a brand-new rejuvenating hot tub. The home includes canal access to Back Bay for kayaking, paddling, fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the natural treasures of the waterscape. You'll also be within walking distance of one of the widest parts of Sandbridge beach. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This house was such a great place to host the holidays with a big group. I can’t stress enough that the sunset over the bay was the real winner. We have some photos that don’t even look real. The house has plenty of bedrooms with an array of bed styles (kings, bunk, double, etc) and many have their own bathroom attached which was great. Plenty of parking and at a dead end which was very nice. Quick walk to the beach with an access point on the same road. Game room downstairs was perfect to keep the kids (and adults) entertained. The check-in process was not pleasant because the house was still being cleaned at check-in time and wasn't completed until after another hour. After a long drive and with young children, it was very stressful. Also, we had a problem with the refrigerator not cooling. We were not offered any real solution or assistance so one of us managed to find a reset button for the fan filter which then turned the cooling process back on. The pool and hot tub were nice, but a pool net would have been handy to clean the debris out of the pool. The bedrooms were nice, but 2 did not have dressers so some had to live out of their suitcases for a week. We loved the location, and the kitchen was well stocked. ##### Holly D. Ask for extra toiletries like toilet paper, trash bags and towels. We ran out and only there 3 nights. The glass doors were all not wiped and dirty. The beach is just a short 2-4 min walk…parts of the ocean can be seen from some of the decks. Brand new hot tub-amazing!! The pool was closed but that was disclosed but looked amazing.
