Summary:
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, professionally decorated, pet friendly suite on the 2nd level of the 207 on Atlantic.

Located near the beautiful Virginia Beach, this suite is a professionally managed, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished 3-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo.

There is no direct view of the ocean from inside the condo.

Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.

The Space:
This suite sleeps nine guests and has three bedrooms, each with queen memory foam mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closets in each bedroom.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 50” Smart Tv with cable and high-speed wifi.

There is a fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.

All linens/bedding, including 6 sets of bath towels, are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided..

This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.

Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.

The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Virginia Beach restaurants.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given two parking spots in the parking lot.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.

The property is in a fantastic location, however this place is gross. Needs a deep clean for sure. My daughter’s feet turned black from how dirty the floors were. We also had an infant under 1 so thankfully I brought the playpen with a floor in it. No way would I have put him on that floor. I get that this is a dog friendly property, we brought our dog, so we weren’t expecting it to be pristine, but it’s one of those properties that’s photos look okay but it’s really very dirty. There are stains on the kitchen walls where food has splashed on the walls and never been wiped up, nothing was dusted (dead bugs on the base boards, dirt and dust hanging on the fans and kitchen lights, the couch was also filthy. When we walked in there were 3 piles of dog fur collected on the floor. Bedding, kitchen items, and towels were less than basic (over used, thin, melted plastic spatulas, scratched up pots/pans, everything was as cheap as possible). I think the owners of this property should go stay and spend a few nights in there unit. Get a real understanding of the situation you’re putting families in before marketing this as a family friendly property.

Time Away!
This is the second time that we've used this particular unit and it's very comfortable and roomy! It's close to wherever you need to go, and as for the beach, well, just a brief walk across the street and you're there!

We loved it
We loved our stay! It’s in a fantastic location- right by the beach and all the action. The house was very clean and looked like the photos - except the bunk beds were separated, which was even better for us. The couch did have some stains so I wish that was cleaned or replaced. And You CAN hear the people below and above you a lot, but that’s to be expected. But otherwise, I would definitely come back.

Was what we needed
The apartment was clean. Yes like some of the reviews mentioned the couch has stains. Other then that very clean everywhere. I will say you may want to fabreeze a bit it was very musky and my animal went crazy because it smelled other animal scents everywhere. But all around it was a good experience. I appreciated that at the hour the rental office states things have to be quiet the neighbors followed it to a T. Thank God for that!

Great location
Close to fishing pier, shops, restaurants and boardwalk. Wish there were a dishwasher and washer/dryer but place is comfortable. Couch was dirty with stains but we didn’t stay in condo long enough to sit around. Beds are super comfortable! Thank you for providing all the linens including beach towels!

Overall a good stay
The bunk bed had no railing on the top bunk, we had an 8 year old staying in the top. We had to turn the whole bunk bed around in order for there to be a small rail for safety. Then we had to pull the bed in and out away from the wall for the 8 year old to use the bed ladder each evening and each morning. Also, the sofa had horrible stains on it, it was gross. We put beach towels down on the sofa to sit on because it was so stained up and dirty. Otherwise, everything else was good and the location was great!
