Things to Know There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. NO Smoking. Smoking any substance is not allowed anywhere on the Seaside Condo premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great amount of space, not too far distance to any local places for food etc. They didn’t seem to do much deep cleaning as there were clothes, glow sticks and some other items under the beds. The pool is a little small but barely anyone was using it so we had a lot of fun with it. The condo is very clean, comfy and roomy.
