Villa Ivona, a single-family house with two stories, offers a tranquil and sun-drenched vacation rental experience near Rijeka, Croatia. This property boasts a spacious 500 square meter fenced yard with a lush lawn, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool measuring 19 square meters with a depth of 140 cm, available from May 1st to September 30th. Enjoy outdoor living with a shower, a 100 square meter terrace, and garden furniture. Stay connected with internet access, and take advantage of the on-site washing machine for added convenience. Parking for two cars is available at the house.

The property's outdoor spaces are a true sanctuary. Spanning 500 square meters and enclosed by a fence, the yard offers a serene escape with its 100 square meter lawn adorned with trees. Soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool, measuring 19 square meters with a depth of 140 cm, available from May 1st to September 30th. An outdoor shower, a spacious 100 square meter terrace, and comfortable garden furniture provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining and relaxation.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house that spans over two levels, with a total area of 120 square meters. The living/dining room, measuring 26 square meters, is equipped with cable TV (flat screen) and air conditioning for your comfort. One room on the lower level features a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is fully furnished with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC on the lower level. It's important to note that there is no heating option available.  
  
Amenities Included  
The upper floor features an entrance hall with air conditioning. One room on this level is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and has access to the balcony. Another room offers two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), while the remaining room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC. There is also a separate shower/WC on the upper level. The property boasts a balcony of 5 square meters and a roofed terrace of 13 square meters, complete with balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs. Additionally, you can enjoy a view of the swimming pool from the property. The amenities include Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Pets Ok (1 pet/dog allowed), Television, with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
